Terms of Service

By creating an account or using D-Lens (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using D-Lens on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms are between you and Dhruv Global IT Solutions, the operator of D-Lens. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Dhruv Global IT Solutions.

D-Lens is an AI search intelligence platform that monitors how brands appear in responses generated by large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Grok, and Meta AI. The Service provides visibility scores, sentiment analysis, competitor comparisons, citation tracking, hallucination detection, and alert notifications.

Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@dhruvglobalitsolutions.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis via Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle. All prices are displayed in USD or INR as applicable at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date through your Billing settings.

Refunds. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you downgrade mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the next renewal date.

Plan changes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of the current period.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will retry the charge and notify you by email. Access to paid features may be suspended if payment cannot be collected within a reasonable grace period.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from D-Lens beyond your plan's permitted usage
• Abuse LLM API quotas by running automated or excessive scans beyond the platform's built-in rate limits
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of D-Lens
• Use the Service to monitor competitors in a way that violates any applicable law
• Resell or sublicense access to D-Lens without our prior written consent
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without refund.

D-Lens platform. All software, designs, algorithms, and content comprising the D-Lens platform are owned by Dhruv Global IT Solutions or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited right to use the Service as described here.

Your data. You retain ownership of the brand names, prompts, and project data you input into D-Lens. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service for you.

LLM-generated content. Responses retrieved from third-party AI models are the output of those models. We do not claim ownership of such content.

Third-party AI outputs. The AI responses displayed in D-Lens are generated by independent third-party models. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of those responses. Hallucination detection is provided on a best-effort basis and is not a substitute for independent verification.

"As is" service. D-Lens is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhruv Global IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of D-Lens, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time through your Billing settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of D-Lens shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the D-Lens dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
