Privacy Policy

D-Lens ("we", "us", "our") is an AI search intelligence platform operated by Dhruv Global IT Solutions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use D-Lens, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using D-Lens you agree to the practices described here.

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, and organisation name.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform - pages visited, features used, scan frequency, and browser/device type.

Brand & project data. We store the brand names, tracked prompts, competitor names, and project settings you create inside D-Lens.

LLM response data. When you run a scan, we send your tracked prompts to third-party AI models and store the responses (text, sentiment, mention position) to power your analytics dashboard.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We store a record of transaction IDs and subscription status but do not store your full card details - those are held by Razorpay.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and improve the D-Lens platform
• Run AI brand scans and display results in your dashboard
• Send scan digests, alert emails, and service notifications
• Process subscription payments and maintain billing records
• Detect and prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the third-party service providers necessary to operate D-Lens:

• Supabase - database and authentication hosting
• Razorpay - payment processing
• OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek, Groq, Meta - AI model providers that receive your tracked prompts to generate responses during scans
• Resend / email provider - transactional email delivery

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of D-Lens and its users.

D-Lens uses session cookies required for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioural tracking technologies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this will prevent you from signing in to D-Lens.

Account and profile data is retained for as long as your account is active. Scan results and analytics data are retained for 12 months rolling, after which they are automatically deleted. If you delete your account, all associated data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. billing records).

Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) policies that prevent one organisation from accessing another's data. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS. Passwords are never stored in plain text - authentication is managed by Supabase Auth. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure; please use a strong, unique password for your D-Lens account.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes we will notify active users by email. Continued use of D-Lens after the updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
